- Technical direction, assures the technical quality and the development of the various technical competences, in carrying out the studies and projects for the various areas of activity;
- Project management leads multidisciplinary project teams per product line;
- Resources management, manages the resources of the various disciplines: process, 3D digitization, piping, mechanical, civil, instrumentation and control and electrical;
- Procurement, planning and cost control department responsible for demand, planning and cost control activities;
- Construction management, Executes the construction projects, coordinates the management and supervision of sites.

TECHNOEDIF, already certified by NP EN ISO9001:2000 since March 2002, was certified in September 2011 for their Integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Management System, according to the NP EN ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007.
This certification was issued by Bureau Veritas Certification, one of the better known international companies in this area.
With this certification, TECHNOEDIF reinforces the guarantee of quality for the products and services provided to its Clients, from conception to the execution and delivery.
QUALITY BRAND LNEC
In acknowledgement of the Company’s capabilities in the area of quality control of projects, we maintain the successively renewed Qualification as General Manager for Quality of Construction Projects conferred by LNEC, as per the terms of Decree-Law 310/90 of October 1st.
INTEGRATED QUALITY, HEALTH SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY OF TECHNOEDIF ENGENHARIA
TEE regards Quality, Environmental Protection and Safety as determining factors of a management procedure involving the joint proactive intervention of all the co-workers and targeted to ensuring the competitiveness of the company and the fair remuneration of the services rendered.
