Complete Engineering, Commissioning and Start-up Assistance Services for the Luanda Refinery Combined Cycle Plant.
The Combined Cycle Plant consists of two GE10-01 Gas turbines with 11MWe nominal power each, two steam recovery boilers with 24ton/h steam capacity each and one condensing turbine with 11MWe.
The plant is also capable of spplying the Luanda Refinery with Medium Pressure extracted steam.
The Plant shall include an electrical substation (63/11kV) as well as all the required auxiliary systems, such as the fuel storage and feeding systems, cooling water systems, chemical dosing systems, air & nitrogen systems, fire protection, C&I systems.
